Both palms of hand are put on the lap by upward
position and the right palm puts on the left palm in
easy position and some thing like getting of Zama
and Samardi. In these poses Sometimes both thumbs
has touched each other and the remaining fingers are
put in stretched out position. Two eyes are closed
and two hands are touched each other. It means
stillness and stability. |

The right thumb and Forefinger are touched with
left thumb and forefinger and the right hand is in
the shape of winding a wheel. Both hands are raised
up to the bosom and usually the left hand is covered
on the right hand. This kind of posings are very
prominent in Myanmar. This sign of pose is called "Dhamma
Setkya Mudra". It formed the sign of preaching the
First Dhamma Setkya to 5 Waggies by the lord Buddha
on the full moon ofWarso and it showed the winding
of Dhamma wheel. |

palm is turned inside and all fingers are stretched
out and pointed downwards to the earth. The left
